Note: The Entry Fee includes a $5.00 bus transportation fee from the finish area to the race start at The Shops at Kenilworth. There is no parking available for event participants at The Shops at Kenilworth. If you do not need bus transportation, $5.00 will be deducted from your Entry Fee.
Bag check is available at The Shops at Kenilworth. Bags will be transported to the finish at Under Armour.
Buses will depart from the Under Armour campus (1020 Hull Street) beginning at 5:30am. Last bus will depart promptly at 6:45am.

The post race celebration will be hosted by Under Armour and includes free beer from a few our favorite local spots including Diamondback Brewery, Monument Brewing Company, The Brewer's Art and Key Brewery; meals from Baltimore's favorite food trucks and live music!

PARKING & BUS TRANSPORTATION TO THE START
There is no parking at the start at Kenilworth. Friends and family members may drop off runners at the start.
Some parking is available on Under Armour's campus on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please plan to arrive early if you would would like to park on-site. Parking attendants will be on campus to direct you to the nearest lot with availability (please see the map below for parking options outlined in red).
Some parking is available in the garage at McHenry Row on a first come, first serve basis. Under Armour's campus is less than a mile away on foot.
Street parking is available in Locust Point, but please pay attention to the parking signs and be courteous our neighbors. We highly encourage carpooling, or utilizing Uber or Lyft.
The Water Taxi will be available starting at 5:15am race day morning from Pier 5 to UA. Your race bib will be your return ticket after the race. Spectators will be able to ride the water taxi to Under Armour for free, but a return ticket is $14 for an all day pass. The schedule is as follows:
5:15am - 6:45am
- Pier Five (Stop 5) - 5:15, Locust (Stop 10) - 5:30,

Buses will begin running from the Under Armour campus at 5:30 am. The last bus will leave downtown Baltimore promptly at 6:45 am. Bus transportation can be added while space remains.

We will have a bag check at The Shops at Kenilworth (start line). The bags will be transported to the finish line at Under Armour in Tide Point.

We hope you; yell, scream, Ho-Raa or just smile when you see us in our bright yellow vest. Show us your enthusiasm for this great new race!
TRANSFER AND DEFERRAL POLICY
We allow transfers and deferral's up to one month prior to race day. There is a $10 processing fee for both transfers and deferrals. The transfer processing fee is paid by the "new registrant" and the deferral fee is paid for by the "deferring registrant". If you choose to defer your registration until next year, we will send you a registration code post race that can be used to register for next year race. You may do both by going into your profile on runsignup.com and choosing manage registration.
The Under Armour Charles Street 12 presented by KELLY is a rain or shine event, and the race will go on as planned unless thunder and/or lightning is detected at race time, or other extreme weather is present. Standard practice is to wait 30 minutes after lightning or thunder is detected to begin the race. If after waiting 1 hour we still have lightning and/or thunder in the area will will be forced to cancel the race. Unfortunately, race registration fees cannot be refunded.
Awards will be given to the top three overall males and females, top male and female masters, and the top three males and females in the following age groups: 11 and under; 12-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over.
